Since moving to Brighton Dawn has run healthy eating classes for children privately and in schools. They are run in an informal and fun way, creating healthy alternatives to popular foods, getting kids excited about food in a enjoyable and approachable way, motivating children in the importance of good nutrition in their most formative years.
Dawn has also worked with the Sussex Fire Brigade in six of their stations across the county getting fire men in top health to deal with their demanding lifestyle.
