About Dawn Wilson MABCH/MCAHYP

Dawn Wilson is a fully qualified hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner with a health practice in Brighton, UK. Dawn also runs meditation classes in mind mastery and is a twenty year experienced healthy food chef and raw food specialist.

Dawn also has completed her Life Transformation Programme at the world famous Hippocrates Institute in Florida USA. The institute demonstrates effective methods of how to restore health and vitality through plant based living and cellular rejuvenation.

Dawn also works one to one in London with emotional, physical and dietary solutions working with the individual as a whole. Highlights include being the personal Chef to Piers Brosnan on set for a bond movie and consulting the Sussex UK fire service for high energy healthy eating.

Today there is evidence that good emotional health prevents disease. Dawn treats every individual as a whole, looking at the body-mind connection to improve her clients' health, emotionally, physically and mentally; using great living food, mindfulness and physical exercise.

Sandra – Hatha Yoga

Music and ancestral healing through sounds and the practice of Hatha Yoga uses mainly the physical and prana bodies as an instrument for spiritual fulfilment. This method increases strength and flexibility, improving mental and physical balance, concentration, and relaxation with a deep sense of wellbeing and peace.

What Happens

1 Hour Daily Gentle Holistic Hatha Yoga - 12 Days

With the use of the breath we become aware of prana and re-establish the harmonious flow with the body. Rise with the sun, beginning the day with a yoga class, while the sounds of the ocean calm your senses; then walk along golden beaches followed by a breakfast of fruit and veg juices in the beautiful or idyllic Palolem beach in Goa, India.

2 x 30mins Morning/Evening Daily Mindful Meditation – 12 Days

The infinite potential of the human mind is the key to success in the 21st century, every thought in your mind shapes your future reality. A variety of different relaxation techniques will help you bring your nervous system back into balance. During these daily meditations you will learn the basics of meditation practice.

Raw food Foundation workshop

We will go on a journey into world of raw natural foods including juices and super-foods that heal. You will explore the impact of positive food choices have on our body, mind and spirit.

You will learn how to make delicious Raw Food meals that will have your taste buds singing. Green juices,smoothies,snacks,dressings and amazing salads. Plus how to set up a raw food kitchen.

Explained simply what living raw foods nutritionally consist of and preparation of highly nutritious food that your body absorbs on a cellular level.. The recipes' are energising, packed full of live enzymes and super foods.

You will leave this five day course with greater awareness how to empower yourself with living foods and lots of practical knowledge of how to integrate these foods and juices into your lifestyle that taste really great!


Participants can do a detox on last five days to suit their requirements. This involves taking raw veg and fruit juices until 4pm – "raw until four" and light restaurant food in the evenings.

Stay under the canopy of this 2 acre coconut grove in one of twenty cabanas. No two cabanas are alike they are all individually crafted spaces to recline and absorb the views and super chilled environment.

Built under a conopy of trees and see the moon and star filled skies and just five minutes from the beach. You are surrounded by nature, birds, butterflies and idyllic tropical foliage.

Unique characteristic huts, some on stilts, beds draped with mosquito nets, ceiling fans and antique Goan furniture, shower room and generous private verandas with hammocks and day beds make a wonderfully relaxing holiday.
